Assembling Process

The 4W1258E ATV is fully assembled before delivery. The process includes assembling of all the parts and accessories, carefully put them together and professionally test the ATV including the following processes, but not limited:

1. check and change or refill engine oil and gear oil if it is necessary;
2. check and tighten axle nuts to good tension if necessary;
3. check an tighten brake rotor and sprocket bolts if necessary;
4. check and tighten handle bar bolts if necessary;
5. check and tighten steering stem nuts if necessary;
6. check brakes and brake lever adjustment;
7. check throttle adjustment;
8. check chain/belt tension and adjustment;
9. check tire pressure;
10. charge battery;
11. Tighten kickstand and center stand;
12. check pull start and kick start;
13. set idle adjustment;
14. check all fuel lines;
15. check all electrical connections;
16. check all lights equipped;
17. check remote and kill switches make sure they are fully functioning;
18. fill gas tank with small amount of gas to start unit and run;
19. after test run, drain gas from gas tank before packaging;
20. check battery and charging system including connections
